Will Life Imitate Art?
Hidden in Plain Site
Also known as
" A Reynah in Exile"
is a symbolic piece of work set to music that tells
a tale about freedom from oppression.
"Hidden in Plain Site" is a documentary that uses symbolism, music,
and a
cleaver storyline
to
to reveal the horrifying truth about systemic oppression to one of the most vulnerable and marginalized class of citizens in the US and globally in our world today.
The director of the film chose symbolism, the art of storytelling,
and cinema as the vehicle to share and tell this true story.
The filmmaker's challenge to the audience is for the viewer to
really look behind the modified photos, the ethereal music,
and attractive storyline to find
the authentic meaning of the film
we hope the audience will take away
from story.
